- How long does it take to receive my SIM card upon sign-up?

Upon successful sign-up for the Zero1 Plan, it takes 1 business day for processing and verification and it may take:

- 3 business days for delivery

- 1 to 3 business days for self collection at Collection Centre

It may take longer for port-in cases subject to the approval from the donor telco.
