- When can I terminate the service ?

The minimum subscription period is 1 month. You may request to terminate the service after the first month by giving Zero1 seven (7) days’ written notice by 3pm, before the end of your bill cycle. If you miss the 7 days' timeline to submit your request before 3pm, the service can only be terminated at the end of the next billing cycle. No refund will be given for any unused period and any accrued benefits or promotions will no longer be eligible.
