- How do I change my Physical SIM Card to an eSIM?

If you wish to change your existing physical SIM card to an eSIM, you may submit your request through either of the following options:

Option 1: Via Zero1 Mobile App
  1. Download the Zero1 app from the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS).
  2. Log in to your Zero1 account.
  3. Tap on "SIM Change Request".
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your eSIM request.
  5. Make payment of $5.45 to proceed with your request.
Important: Please ensure that you have access to your Singpass account before proceeding, as Singpass verification is required to complete the request.

Option 2: Visit Zero1 Customer Service Centre

Alternatively, you may visit our Customer Service Centre in person to request a change from a physical SIM card to an eSIM.
Please bring your original NRIC/Work Permit for identity verification.
