To change your eSIM to physical SIM card, account holder must show original NRIC/Work permit for verification at our office. No appointment is required.

** Please note that an admin fee of $5.45 is payable upon SIM change. Also, SIM change related services are not available during weekends. If you come on a weekend, we will verify your ID and collect payment. The SIM card will only be activated on the next working day ie Monday.
