- Transfer eSIM from one device to another

Please note that eSIM cannot be directly transferred across devices. To use your eSIM on a new phone, follow these steps:

Step 1: Delete Existing eSIM Profile

Before setting up your eSIM on a new device, ensure both devices are connected to the internet/Wi-Fi. Delete the existing eSIM profile from your old device while connected to Wi-Fi. Wait for a few minutes for the deletion to be sent from device to eSIM server. Then, install eSIM on the new phone. 

Step 2: Scan QR Code on New Device

  • Use the QR code provided in your order summary email to install the eSIM on your new phone.

  • You can also access the Zero1 app and select the "SIM Activation" icon to retrieve your eSIM activation email. Alternatively, go to the eSIM retrieval page through this link: https://zero1.sg/activation/esim
  • Each QR code allows a maximum of 3 downloads.

  • If you exceed the limit, a replacement QR code will cost $5.45.

For eSIM replacement, the account holder must visit our Customer Service Centre in person with their original NRIC/Work Permit for verification. No appointment is required.

eSIM replacement services are not available during weekends. If you come on a weekend, we will verify your ID and collect payment. The eSIM details will only be emailed to you on the next working day ie Monday.
