- What should I do if I have lost my SIM card?

If you have lost your SIM card, follow these steps immediately to prevent unauthorized usage:

1. Suspend Your Line (Prevent Misuse):

  • Use the Kill Switch on your Zero1 online account to temporarily suspend your service.
    • Log in to your account here 
    • Navigate to the Kill Switch section.
    • Follow the prompts to suspend your line.
  • Note: You will not be able to access any of your suspended SIM card’s services such as data, phone calls, SMSes, etc. Recurring payments (Monthly Subscriptions) will continue to be processed as activating the Kill Switch does not terminate your subscription.   

2. Replace Your SIM Card (Resume Service):

  • Visit our service centre in person to obtain a replacement SIM card.
  • Bring your original NRIC / SingPass
  • Our Customer Service Centre is located at:
          8 Burn Road, #01-03 Trivex, Singapore 369977.
          Nearest MRT: Tai Seng exit A

  • Operation hours 
        930am to 530pm (Monday to Friday) 
        **1000am to 530pm (Saturday)
        **900am to 530pm (Sunday)
        Closed on Public Holidays

** Please note that SIM Replacement related services are not available during weekends. If you come on a weekend, you can collect the replacement SIM but service will only resume on the next business day, ie. Monday.
  • SIM card replacement fee of $5.45 will be payable upon SIM replacement.
3. Terminate Your Service (If Needed):
  • If you do not wish to continue using our service after losing your SIM card, you can request termination by following these steps:
    • Submit a ticket here or email us at yes@zero1.sg to request termination.
    • Provide your account details and specify that you wish to terminate the service due to your lost SIM card.
    • Ensure your request is sent at least 7 days (by 3pm) before the end of your billing cycle to avoid additional charges. If you miss the 7 days' timeline to submit your request before 3pm, the service can only be terminated at the end of the next billing cycle.  No refund will be given for any unused period and any accrued benefits or promotions will no longer be eligible.  
  • Our team will process your request and confirm the termination via email.
