- Can I transfer my Zero1 account ownership?

To facilitate the transfer of ownership, please ensure the following conditions are met:
  1. If your subscription is under JUMBO Go / JUMBO IDD, please visit the Zero1 office only 3 days before your plan expires. We cannot process the transfer if done earlier.
  2. Both the Transferrer and Transferee must be present at the Zero1 office, along with their Singpass details for verification.
  3. For Singaporeans or PRs, Singpass will be used for identity verification.
  4. Foreigners (Employment Pass, Work Permit, Social, Dependent Pass, etc.) must register for Singpass for verification. The permit validity must exceed 6 months.
  5. An admin charge of $21.80 (inclusive of GST) is required, and upfront payment of subscription charges will apply, billed to the Transferee's account.
