- I received Zero1 SIM card, what should I do?

You may check account related matters by logging in to your Zero1 account. Please note the following upon receiving your SIM card:

If you collected your SIM card, you may check your SIM activation status by logging in to your Zero1 account via the Zero1 App. If your SIM card was delivered, you may initiate SIM card activation and check its activation status via the Zero1 App.

Please activate your SIM card within 14 business days (weekdays, excluding public holidays) after the order is successfully placed.
