The SIM card you received is not activated for security reasons. You may check your SIM card activation status via the Zero1 App.
For collection, activation may take up to 3 business days upon collection. For delivery, activation will take 1 business day after you initiate activation.
SIM cards not activated within 14 business days (weekdays, excluding public holidays) after the order is successfully placed will be void, and no refund will be given.
