Collection: Upon successful sign-up for the Zero1 Plan, it will take 1 business day for processing, 1 to 3 business days for SIM card to be ready for collection, and 1 business day for activation upon collection.
Delivery: Upon successful sign-up for the Zero1 Plan, it will take 1 business day for processing, 3 business days for SIM card delivery, and 1 business day for activation after you initiate activation.
SIM cards which are not activated within 14 business days (weekdays, excluding public holidays) after the order is successfully placed will be void, and no refund will be given.
