- Can I port over my post-paid number to Zero1 if it is registered under someone else's ID?

If your existing mobile number is registered under someone else’s ID, you can port-in your number to Zero1 as well.
  1. After you register your Zero1 account, click on “The Plan” at the top of the page. It will lead you to the plan details page. Select the relevant Value Added Services (Add Ons) then click the “Keep My Existing Number” button on the left. See screenshot
  2. The port-in form (see screenshot) will load. Fill in your current number, telco and select ‘No’ as to whether this number is registered to your ID/NRIC
    1. Fill in the details of the number’s registered owner. You will also need:
      •  Front and back images of the main account holder’s ID (jpeg, png or PDF format) Please ensure that the information in the form and submitted ID corresponds to the records with the existing telco. Do submit the completed Letter of Authorisation and ID images to orderprocessing@zero1.sg upon payment of the Zero1 plan.
      • The registered owner to fill in the Transfer Of Ownership Form
  3. Click “Port The Number” and then click “Let’s Go” on the next page. Proceed to fill up the registration form with your personal information and delivery details.
  4. Please do not terminate your line with your existing telco on your own.
  5. Proceed to fully register and make payment for your Zero1 plan.
  6. After you receive your new SIM card, Zero1 will then process your port-in request with your existing telco to ensure that you do not experience any mobile service disruption. You are advised to keep your existing line active as the port-in SMS notification will be sent to it.
  7. Upon successful port-in of your number to Zero1 which will usually take 1 business day unless there are pending issues with your existing mobile operator, you will receive a text confirmation. You can then start using your Zero1 Sim card
