Jumbo Plan FAQs

  1. What is the Jumbo Go for $12.30 plan?
     Jumbo Go is valid for new sign-up and port-in. The promotion offers 100GB DATA, 500 MINS and 50 SMS for $12.30 for a no-contract plan. The Validity Period shall commence on the date of activation of Jumbo as the case may be, and shall expire at 2359 hrs on the date of expiry of the respective Validity Period. Each 30-Day Jumbo Plan shall expire at 2359 hrs on the date of expiry of the Validity Period. Any unused value in the respective Accounts shall be forfeited upon expiry of the Validity.
  2.  What is the Jumbo 100GB for $20.40 plan?
     Jumbo 100 is valid for new sign-up and port-in. The promotion offers 100GB DATA, 800 MINS, 100 SMS and 500 IDD MINS to 6 countries (India, Bangladesh, China, Malaysia, Indonesia and Philippines) for $20.40 for a no-contract plan. The Validity Period shall commence on the date of activation of Jumbo as the case may be, and shall expire at 2359 hrs on the date of expiry of the respective Validity Period. Each 30-Day Jumbo Plan shall expire at 2359 hrs on the date of expiry of the Validity Period. Any unused value in the respective Accounts shall be forfeited upon expiry of the Validity
  3. Who is eligible for this offer?
     All postpaid plans are eligible for port-in to Zero1 Jumbo.
  4. How do I sign up for this offer?
     You can sign up online via https://zero1.sg/plans or at selected participating retailers using any of the acceptable ID documents:
     Singapore Citizen: Original NRIC (Pink)
     Permanent Resident: Original NRIC (Blue)
     Foreigner / Non-Resident: Employment Pass / S Pass / Work Permit / Dependent Pass / Student Pass

  5. Can I port over my existing number to Zero1 Jumbo Plan? 
     Yes! Please indicate your selection when you sign up online or simply tell our friendly retailer your number during sign up and we’ll handle the rest. ** Please ensure that your existing number is a postpaid mobile line registered under your NRIC/FIN with your telco. Check that your current mobile line is not inactive/suspended and there is no outstanding payment. Approach your telco to transfer ownership if your number is not registered under your NRIC/FIN
  6. How to call IDD?
      To make crystal clear IDD calls from Singapore, dial <019> <Country Code> <Area Code> <Telephone Number>.

  8. I am able to use Voice and SMS but am unable to use my mobile data. What should I do?
     When you first insert your Zero1 SIM Card, your phone should automatically update with the required settings. In the event you need to do this manually, you will need to change your APN Settings. For iPhone and android users,
     •Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Network
     •Type in APN: e-ideas
     •Leave the other fields blank
     If you are still unable to use your mobile data, please go to Setting > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Network > “Reset Setting”.
  9. Can I do top up before 30 days?
     Yes, you may. The benefit is stackable but unused benefits cannot be rolled over. Please take note that early renewal will affect the expiry date. For example, you have purchased a 30 days add-on on 1 December, this means the validity will start from 1 December and will expire on 30 December accordingly.
  10. If I top up late, few days after 30 days, will my SIM expire?
     No, your SIM will not expire but your benefits will end. You can still top up anytime to enjoy the 30 days benefits.
  11. Can I change my plan to $20.40 Plan if I first sign-up for the $12.30 Plan?
     Yes, you can upgrade your plan. Downgrade to basic plans is allowed but admin fee applies.
  12. Can I sign up for Roaming VAS?
     Roaming VAS is currently not applicable for Zero1 Jumbo plan. 
  13. If I fully consumed my IDD Calls, can I use my data? 
     Yes. If one of the unit (IDD Calls) is fully consumed, subscriber can still continue to use other units (Voice, Data or SMS).
