The Kill Switch functions as a safeguard against security breaches such as malware and spyware, phishing, data breaches, etc. If you suspect that your Zero1 account or SIM card has been compromised, you may initiate the Kill Switch to suspend your line.
Your selected SIM card will be suspended. If you have lost your SIM card, we recommend visiting the Zero1 Customer Service Centre to have it replaced. You will not be able to access any of your suspended SIM card’s services such as data, phone calls, SMSes, etc. However, do note that recurring payments will continue to be processed as activating the Kill Switch does not terminate your subscription.
To deactivate Kill Switch and resume Zero1 services, please visit the Zero1 Customer Service Centre to reactivate your number.
