- How does delivery work? Can I arrange for self collection?

During sign-up, you will have the option to choose:                                                                                                                                    

a)    Delivery (Delivery Fee of $11.88 w/GST will be applied) *                                                                                                                                                                                                                    
The delivery time-slot which is either AM (9am to 1pm) or PM (2pm to 6pm).                                                                                                                    
Upon successful sign-up and verification, your delivery will be scheduled on the 3rd business day and before your delivery is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS regarding your delivery details from out outsourced delivery vendor. Please reschedule at this point if you need to by clicking on the link they send you. You can arrange for another evening or weekend time-slot which is chargeable by our delivery vendor or arrange to self collect at their office. 
Should the delivery attempt fail due to missed delivery slot or verification failure, either Zero1 or our delivery vendor will notify you of the status via email/SMS/phone call.                                                                                                                                                        
b)    Self Collection (FREE) *                                                                                                                                                                                                     
Upon successful sign-up and receipt of Order Summary via email, please wait for a confirmation email/SMS within 1 to 3 business day regarding your collection schedule. Download your Order Summary and bring it with you together with your original Identification Documentation to our Collection Centre.
