- Why am I still unable to surf the Internet even though I am connected to an overseas roaming network?

Check the following:
•    Ensure your Data Roam service is activated which you would have received an SMS alert from us when the service is activated 
•    Check that your device’s data roaming setting is turned on under your mobile network settings
•    Check that your device’s APN setting is set as "e-ideas"
•    Check that you are on our Data Roam preferred network
