(Kindly note that you will still be liable for the subscription fee during line suspension period.)
1. Process a SIM replacement for <number> with IMSI <number>, OR
2. Suspend lost SIM, when you locate it Inform us to unsuspend, OR
3. Suspend lost SIM, then serve 30 days termination notice.
Please note that a SIM card replacement fee of $32.10 will be payable upon SIM collection and you will need to self-collect at our office (Food Empire Building @Tai Seng) during Operating Hours: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 10am and 5pm (Avoid lunch hours: 12-2pm).
