- What should I do if I have lost my SIM card?

We are sorry to learn that you have lost your SIM card.

In order to assist you, you would need to send a ticket here and tell us your Zero1 mobile number and your intention. There are 3 options for your consideration:

  1.  You may bring along your original NRIC for verification at our office to process replacement SIM card during operating hours.

930am to 530pm (Monday to Friday) 
**1000am to 530pm (Saturday)
**900am to 530pm (Sunday)
Closed on Public Holidays

** Please note that SIM Replacement related services are not available during weekends. If you come on a weekend, you can collect the replacement SIM but service will only resume on the next business day, ie. Monday. 

  2.   To prevent unauthorized usage of your lost SIM card, you may also activate the Kill Switch function via account login at https://zero1.sg/users/my-account or request for us to suspend the service till you manage to locate the lost SIM.
  3.   Request to suspend lost SIM card and inform us to terminate the line by giving us at least 7 days' written notice by 3pm, before the end of your bill cycle. If you miss the 7 days' timeline to submit your request before 3pm, the service can only be terminated at the end of the next billing cycle.
 No refund will be given for any unused period and any accrued benefits or promotions will no longer be eligible.  
Please note that you will still be liable for the subscription fee during the suspension period and that a SIM card replacement fee of $5.45 will be payable upon SIM replacement.
