- How can I contact Zero1?

Zero1 is a virtual telco. We currently do not have a hotline for support. To better serve you, we are utilising a support ticket system to streamline support request. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online with complete archives and history of all your support requests. We apologise that our current situation does not allow us to serve you any better than this.

You'll need to register an account with an email address to submit a ticket. The email can be the same or different from your Zero1 account.
